At the time, Elevate was working with transient IT contractors across multiple vendors — which created unpredictable costs, fragmented accountability, and IP that wasn’t truly vested in their products or goals. They also lacked access to top-tier talent in critical areas like AWS, DevOps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Data Science, Security, Application Development, and elite DBA roles.
They partnered with SMC Squared using SMC’s proven 3-year BOT (Build, Optimize, Transfer model) to establish the Elevate Global Capability Center in Bhartiya City, India — designed to integrate seamlessly into their global operations and culture.

A new, state-of-the-art office spanning approximately 14,400 square feet
An 83% reduction in contractor-related costs, improving budget predictability and efficiency
A 65% increase in work quality, driven by a dedicated, integrated team aligned to business outcomes
