Dallas, TX – October 11, 2024 – SMC Squared LLC is pleased to announce its strategic partnership with Overhead Door Corporation to establish and manage the Overhead Door Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This collaboration marks a pivotal step in Overhead Door’s continued growth, expanding its global delivery capacity and enhancing operational efficiency through the new GCC. 

Overhead Door Corporation, a leading provider of secure physical access solutions, has chosen SMC Squared’s Owned GCC model to guide the development and management of the center. Utilizing SMC Squared’s Build-Optimize-Transfer process, the initiative is structured to transition full ownership of the GCC to Overhead Door within three years, ensuring they can independently manage the center for long-term success. This model enables Overhead Door to achieve immediate gains in cost savings and operational efficiencies while ultimately securing full control of the GCC.
