Utilizing SMC Squared’s Build-Optimize-Transfer process, the initiative is structured to transition full ownership of the GCC to Overhead Door within three years, ensuring they can independently manage the center for long-term success. This model enables Overhead Door to achieve immediate gains in cost savings and operational efficiencies while ultimately securing full control of the GCC.
